The service and help from the owner and his family was fantastic. From picking me up at the border between Austria and Hungary to finding me train tickets from Vienna to Prague and dropping me of at the station 20 km away and giving me a bike to use while I was there. The hotel has stunningly beautiful grounds ie ack and front garden and is incredibly cosy because it. What a beautiful location.
