Summer provides many opportunities for hiking, cycling and swimming in Blindsee and Mittersee lakes, a 20-minute drive away. The property’s garden is also a nice place to appreciate the surroundings.
Ehrwald’s centre can be reached on foot in 10 minutes where you will find shops, restaurants, cafés and bars. The next village is Lermoos and is 3.5 km away. Garage parking is provided on request at an additional charge.

Wery lovely landscape and a good room! The guesthouse provides so called "Gästekarte" for their customers that allows e.g. customers to swim and bathe at the local bath. We loved this service!.
Gorgeous views from pretty much any window. Staff was excellent, very friendly and the place was spotless. Breakfast was typical German and very tasty.

Payment only in cash and a receipt was not provided automatically. Our booking confirmation also stated that we had been charged 50 % of our stay beforehand but the guesthouse denied this and charged us the full price in cash. Most probably we haven't paid anything with the credit card in advance but this is a thing we need to check anyway - just in case.
Breakfast service suffers when there are many customers arriving to the breakfast at the same time.
Not one thing was bad. We loved this place! Great jump-off point for Garmisch or Fussen/Schwangau.
Host bad with English breakfast had no vegetables just salami, butter
and cheese coffee was weak, same tea- the host used one sack for the
hole kettle.
