The room was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were very good, resturant/room service excellent food and price and they have an indoor heated pool which is well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend if you need a good place to sleep and explore the area. We will be returning again. The staff were all friendly and helpful, meals both in the dining room, and room service were good size and very tasty. Linen was adequate and skin friendly. Parking off road and reasonably quiet in the rooms. Very good value for money. Good location. Even down to pleasant toiletries.

We slept very well. Staff are nice and parking if fine. Friendly staff who were very accomodating with a 'can do' attitude, made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were professional and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. It was quite and the price was good for a family room. Easy to find and fantastic dinner. Friendly and quite. Pool area was great. The staff were nice. Nothing. Decor and bathroom was a little dated however it was very clean. Nothing to dislike. Door lock on room requires replacing but was informed of this at check- in still locked tho curtain next to door requires looking at as some of the hooks were missing but still worked other than this I HAVE NOTHING THAT WAS BAD TO SAY. There was very little pressure in the shower, made it very hard to wash shampoo out of my hair.. Not close to anything else, but the Hotel restaurant food was good, so not a issue for us. Accomodation was a little outdated but functional. It was more than adequate for our n eeds but it is dated and coluld do with an upgrade. Beds uncomfortable and bedding old and not warm enough. The noise was terrible, could not sleep. Was not worth the money. The floor was so dirty we could not allow the baby down on the floor. The a/c - Heating unit was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. There was no thermostat control for the heating unit - it was either on or off. Since it was cold at night we had to keep turning it on and off during the night. At half the price I would not recommend this property to anyone. Thank goodness we were only stopping there overnight on our way to Sydney.
