  The gardens were magnificent the rooms big and very posh - we were in the king suite! The staff, were ,as is usually the case your very best assetts Kims welcome and help at reception makes a very good first impression. - we just couldn't fault the place with the tropical gardens and pool it felt like we were on and island

  We booked 2 apartments for our family, young adlts in one apartment and adults with small children in the other. We were placed next door to each other which made it fantastically easy to go from one to the other. Both apartments were great, if we viit Townsville again we'll definitely stay there again. o eay to walk to the beach, to the shops, to... vad folk säger » the supermarket and even easier to the private pool which was quiet and simply perfect. - Checking in late and not having to pay till the morning was a Godsend, especially with small children. Being so close to the Strand and the water park was the biggest selling point for us. The apartment was very roomy. Free Access to Strand Fitness was excellent

  Location of the hotel was excellent. Close by to all shops and restaurants and also walking distance to the ferry terminals and the aquatics centre where they have a turtle hospital. Hotel was amazing, clean, modern and very big rooms. Unit cleaned daily, including the dishes (this was unexpected but pleasantly accepted). Concierge acknowledged us and our son every time, including giving him an Easter egg on Easter morning.

  The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was in a beautiful location with a balcony overlooking the river. About 10 mins drive to Townsville but if you don't want to drive after a long journey there plenty off restaurants within a short walk . The staff were very helpful, excellent value for money.   I always like to stay somewhere different and this was a great find. Brand new with a real boutique property feel. Very personalised service, and great modern rooms. I travel to TSV often and the hotels there, while OK are all becoming pretty dated so this was just what the city needed.

  Sonia and Dean were most helpful and really treated us as individually important - they were so helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and housekeeping impeccable. Meals were Great and always served on time. Nothing was too much trouble.
