Cafe staff also well trained in customer service engaging me in polite, welcoming conversation. - Friendly staff who went out of their way to make my late check in work.   The staff were so friendly and the family room we had was excellent. We will book a family room again next time we have to stay in Townsville. The boys want to come back in summer and try out the pool/spa. THANK YOU. - Large room for all the family and reasonable price.
