  I travelled to Townsville with my 96 year old mother who is not very mobile. It was a big advantage to get room service. The meals were not expensive and were very good. I've stayed in other accommodation where the rooms were close to the lifts. The noise from the lifts interrupted my sleep. Access by motor vehicle is easy and Hotel carpark a huge asset. I was ver - 1. Proximity to central Townsville and transport. 2. The high level of Customer Care provided by hotel staff. 3. Cleanliness of the hotel and room. 4. Easy access off street parking included in room rates. 5. The quality, cost and selection of meals.

  The gardens were magnificent the rooms big and very posh - we were in the king suite! The staff, were ,as is usually the case your very best assetts Kims welcome and help at reception makes a very good first impression. - we just couldn't fault the place with the tropical gardens and pool it felt like we were on and island

  Clean and comfortable. I very much liked that they caterered very well for smokers with facilities outside each room with nice little table and chairs. We did enjoy this, it also provided an opportunity to socialise with other motel guests. Very nice touch. - The cleanliness, and the staff were so friendly!
