  The staff are always friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Mercure Townsville has a lovely feel to it with its well maintained gardens and pool area. We don't feel like we have to stay indoors, there are many places to enjoy in the grounds which makes our stay more enjoyable. - The deluxe king room was spacious with a balcony.   The staff were so friendly and the family room we had was excellent. We will book a family room again next time we have to stay in Townsville. The boys want to come back in summer and try out the pool/spa. THANK YOU. - Large room for all the family and reasonable price.

  We stayed for 6 nights and the spaciousness of the apartment was ideal for that. Staff were obliging. Location was excellent for our purpose.
