Expensive for shared facilities and no WiFi, the owner has Internet installed but doesn't have WiFi for the guests as this would slow her internet down, HOW SELFISH.
Host Fran was brilliant with information & made you feel right at home. Location close to everything.

Location was not so handy for walking with a big bag from Townsville
Sealink Terminal up to the lower fringes of Castle Hill, so if you have
a lot of luggage, contact the hostel for pick-ups. But it's still a
convenient and quiet place between Castle Hill and the seaside
promenade.
