It was extremely close to the train station and the Rosehill function centre, was able to walk back to the hotel by myself at 11pm in high heels and felt completely safe!

Staff friendly. Friends we travelled with were located on the same floor. Location to racetrack. Option to be able to self cater.

Downstairs restaurant was closed Saturday night.

All The staff were very helpful, And would like to say a special thank you to staff member "Scott" who was very helpful and would like you to pass that on to him for us please. Very Happy with the Kitchenette.

We were "very very very" unhappy with the "Shower Rose" in the bath room also having the shower over the bath tub. Also was not happy with the lighting in the room. A bit steep in having to pay for parking, when there was plenty of parking spaces. And I heard that the Hotel was over 95% full.

Excellent location right opposite Rosehill Racecourse. Our deluxe studio was ideal for the 2 nights stay for the races.

carpark driveways a little narrow for a longer sedan. Thankfuly we were able to get a space on the first level.

No balcony - the room felt closed in. I felt like a caged animal. Have slept on a better mattress - it wasn't the most comfortable one

I liked the self contained kitchen and laundry and close proximity to bus / train / ferry transport into Sydney. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I didn't like that our bed was two single beds pushed together rather than 1 queen bed. A larger table and chairs would have made eating in the room more plesant rather than sitting on the bed or at the desk.

We have enjoyed our 3 nights saty in Waldorf Apartrments hotel in Parramatta. The location was vey suitable for us and the acco,mmodation was moder, very spacious,clean with godd front desk attitude. We liked the free security car parking, reasonably priced good quality internet as well as the upmarket presentaion of the complex- all of this for very good rate.

I stayed here last weekend for 3 nights . The suite was spacious,comfortable and very clean. The bed and linen were great .The suite had a good kitchen,internal laundry and good internet service.this is a fine accommodation based on. a 4.5 star rating. Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. We had free security car parking and the staff were polite .The location is great overlooking Rosehill Gardens.We like the concept of a spacious accommodation which enable me to work in the room. Very reasonable rate for this quality of accommodation

i liked to staff and the pool the foxtel was handy to have, the parking was convenient, and the hotel was in a great location

i hated the bed it was extremely hard and both my back and chest were in pain, i didnt enjoy a cold breakfast every morning also

I liked that the staff allowed me to have an early check in.

I did not like that the staff gave a friend of mine a room key without my authorization, for security reasons I found this extremely careless.

No DVD recorder to watch own movies Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable, especially for swimmers who have to get a good night sleep before they race. One of the bedside lights not working Power points behind the TV not working Having to pay nearly $20/night for wifi is ridiculous

the cost i paid a lot more than my friend who stayed there in a 2 bedroom and i only had 1.i didn't like the fact that we didn't get fresh towels or more sugar and milk
