The apartment concept is nice. The apartment had everything needed for cooking and was cleaned daily. The location is good - working distance to Circular Quay. Supermarket is located a 5-7 min. walk away.
Helpful, very pleasant staff.

The price was appropriate for the quality of the accommodation.
Metro Apartments offers free WiFi in the apartments, but the router is located in an other building across the street and the signal is too weak to work. So the only working internet is available in the reception across the street in the Metro Hotel reception.
Nowhere to park, even to just offload the suitcases when checking in. We had to park in a carparking building about a block away and carry the suitcases and children.
Beds were made, but room didn't seem to be vacuumed at all while we were there.
Floors had been just cleaned & were wet (good they were cleaned though). Sofa bed really uncomfortable.
Steep steps.Minimal TV channels, not even all free channels available.
Old and worn curtains at the windows. An ill fitting toilet seat. High step to get into the bath / shower. I didn't think overall the room was value for money.
Nothing.
Can't connect hotel wifi inside the room.
The quality of the accommodation was just adequate. The steps to enter the property were very steep. If you have ANY difficulties with mobility, I should NOT stay at this hotel.
