Vad folk säger

The facilities in the room operated really good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The staff I had contact with were all pleasant and helpful. The Motel was close to Sydney Terminal Railway Station which was good for me as I had an early train to catch.The size and comfort of the room and bathroom facilities. Although just on a short overnight stay, it was a pleasant experience. We always choose to stay there on our infrequent visits to Sydney. We appreciate the parking and proximity to CBD.

It's location,close to central station, china town etc. convienience to everything. The friendly staff and the locality.clean room & bathroom, toiletries provided, good location, check in and out easy, quick & no hassles, secured room for left luggage available, free wifi.very convenient-excellent for a single night's stay waiting for air transfer. staff always very obliging, hotel centrally located. The lovely big bed and the movies. the room and the shower are nice. Very beautiful bedroom, close from central station, nice personnal, flattv, very good bed and big shower.it is centrally located in the city and walking distance to central station. Central location, clean room. Clean low cosr room. New room was great. Girl on reception was helpful. Guy not so much. Breakfast was great, but I dont like to drink coffee out of a takeaway cup in a cafe.The location was fantastic. Proximity to public transport and central location was extremely important and useful. Nice, recently refurbished room; Modern lobby/bar; Handy for railway station/10 minutes walk from CBD. Medium quality hotel conveniently located right by Central railway station. There were no instructions for the operation of the alarm clock to enable it to be set or the correct time to be shown. A small packet of 2 biscuits to have with a cup of tea on arrival after travelling would have been a nice way to say 'Welcome'.The lukewarm coffee at breakfast!. restaurant and bar not open sun nights , little difficult with kids to find a place to eat and have a drink, other than chinese / macdonalds. thin walls in the room (we can hear our neighbours' tv & talking, including when their alarm clock went off at 5.30am!), no children TV channel in the room.On Saturday night we were very tired and wanted room service rather than going out for an evening meal but unfortunately the restaurant had shut (it was 9.30pm - apparently it had been a very quiet night and they'd shut early) The staff were at a loss to suggest any other food sources - although eventually thought of pizza hut. Other hotels have had a list of local restaurants which deliver food.Sauna was not accessible. Swimmingpool closed, no bath in the bathroom, fridge empty, nobiscuitwith tea, bedroom's door is not soundproof, bad view, phone service notaviable, taxi's driver don't know that hotel and can't stop easilyfront the door.with its central location the traffic noise can be disturbing especilly if you intend to sleep in. There was only one Front Office staff manning the counter ( his name is Marcos) in the morning and he did an excellent job all by himself and handled the pressure from a queue of hotel guests.It was annoying that the pool/spa area was closed. The website heavily promoted this and it was the main reason for choosing this hotel. We understood this was part of the package and made the price worth paying but we were disappointed to not be able to take advantage of this facility. No discount was offerde to compensate for the lack of the advertised facility. Price for new year stay, on going renovation. I understood that parking was included in the price but as I booked over the internet this didnt show up on my booking sheet and I had to pay $35 dollars more for parking. . Due to the rush of guests on account of the World Youth Day, the hotel should have staffed many more employees during the period for better service to guests.Expensive, doubtless because of location.Restaurant closed on Sunday. Some rooms noisy.Noisy during early morning due to works on 8th floor i was staying just below on the 7th. Drilling noise in the afternoon. Long wait for lift as only one inoperation. Hopefully this will be a thing of the past when yourrenovations are finished, until then I must tick 'no' to your next 2questions.the unoperated sauna. food courses were tiny. Poor internet access from room. Very noisy. No wholemeal toast atbreakfast. The floor was wet because people came in dripping from the rain outside, ramp was very slippery almost slid over.For executive suite very poor and would be classed as standard room in New Zealand Value for money would select another hotel. price high. Beds too small - single bed could be replaced with double.
