The lady (I think she is the owner also the receptionist) is so nice and professional. She lives in one of the units. But she wears her uniform and has her make-up on. The unit is super clean and I even asked the lady who cleaned the unit. The bed linens are so dry and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are so spotless and make the people like me who usually feels uncomfortable in other places other than home really relaxed and enjoyed the stay.
