Warm, friendly, informative hosts. Really went the extra mile to make our stay a great one. Great room, with a lovely view. Comfy bed, lots of treats in the room, chocolates, nice coffee etc. Very well equipped. EXCELLENT food and wine at the onsite restaurant. Great breakfast too. Nice beach around the corner, great place to visit. Highly recommend. we love Stanley for its quaint village, beautiful water views and proximity to other attractions. The attention to detail, close proximity to the superb restaurant, coupled with the very efficient and friendly staff made our stay a memorable one.

We really enjoyed our stay regardless of the wet weather. Everything. Great room, view, great walks around the town and to The Nut from here. The owners are great. Book into the restaurant when you book a room. You mustn't miss a meal there. Room was very tastefully furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Great to have a DVD player in the room. Liked the extra touch of the chocolates!. Location, just a walk to cafes, the nut and wharf. Friendly professional staff. Very comfortable rooms. Just the area itself, a little bit off the beaten track, with great views & Top restaurants close by. really comfy bed and pillows. spa...great. breakfast...adequate chocolates on arrival..,.,great touch. I stay in the cottage for a nite and really love the frontdoor seaview and the sound of wave. The lovely view across the bay from the front of the property The facilities were excellent. The view from the room was amazing and the spa bath was really nice. The Nut was an experience. Like the winter weather conditions. I liked that the whole village was accessible by foot. Interior lighting system is better to be brighter in particular in the kitchen area. if lighting intensity is adjustable that will be perfect. Having to leave after only one day. It was a shame that the restaurant was closed. Having to call some-one from outside the venue to open the laundry was a minor inconvenience. Not a lot of choice for meals in village area. Restaurant was closed at Stanley Village. We had a ground floor villa due to my elderly mothers needs. You can hear guests upstairs, showering, talking and TV. not condusive to the peaceful area of Stanley. Restaurant wasn't open during our stay. NothingLocation. We were not advised until the morning after we booked in that penguins come up at night in front of complex. If we knew we could have gone outside and viewed them. Disappointing staff were not more informative. very few amenities in room. Not able to even make a sandwich let alone breakfast. The most expensive of 7 nights in Tasmania and the least facilities. Poor value for money.
