I liked the warm welcome we received when arriving after hours. The beds were so comfy, clean rooms and the best shower - ever!! It is located right in the heart of SWR, with views to the park & ocean. Not to mention the very lovely guests whom remain from the 1800/1900's. I am a psychic medium and it was magical to stay in such a grand B&B with a touch of history - literally, enjoying it with you. Superb, loved it - will definately be back. The Heritage Guesthouse is a wonderful place to stay.. the décor is beautiful, clean, fresh, share kitchen available for continental breakfast (included in the price) plus ongoing coffee & tea for your convenience. Café right next door, beach is literally across the road, great shops..
Trial Bay Gaol, Smokey Cape Lighthouse plus great walks all only minutes away..

The Guesthouse is like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Our room had such a wonderful feeling and it was so clean and fresh. I loved everything about this place.
The decor in the rooms was top quality. The Guesthouse was very well appointed. We liked the idea of helping ourselves to the community kitchen. We would definitely stay there again and recommend the property.
I loved being so close to the beach and town and having the opportunity to stay in a place where I can meet other holiday makers but still enjoy some privacy. Loads of character. Excellent value.

We were really impressed with the friendliness - location and decor It was a lot better than we had expected. It was our 1st time at Sth West Rocks and we would go there again.

People smoking at the Café outside our room when we were sitting on the verandah reading.
Honestly, there is nothing that we didn't like about the Guesthouse except that we had only booked for 1 night and would loved to have stayed longer.

i actually thought we had a room that had two bedrooms so it was a bit difficult to put our little man down to bed we had to leave the room and sit on the verandah till he went to sleep the watch tv with no sound till we went to bed.
nothing to dislike, only thing that would have been helpful would be a full length mirror in the bedroom,getting ready for a wedding only mirror was in the hallway.
The only thing unavailable was a hair dryer .
