Everything was clean & tidy, you could tell they take pride in there Hotel. Our room was huge & comfortable (Executive Deluxe King Room). Our bed was very comfortable as were the huge pillows. My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

We had a great comfortable room with a view over the parklands. Fantastic breakfast and great pool for relaxing,well maintained.
The hotel is centrally located which made it easy to walk to Rundle Mall to do some shopping and sightseeing.
Staff were very friendly.

The bed was huge and comfy and the view was great.
Cocktail bar was lovely, civilised and relaxing around 7pm.

I liked the location of the hotel and also the size of the rooms. The Concierge was very helpful in booking day trips and the laundry I sent in was promptly returned. I also found the check in process to be very efficient and JP provided a good first impression of the hotel.
