We rented a 2-bedroom appartment. It was very large, superb, very well equipped (really above all other appartments we had rented up to this point) and just perfect... The staff was very kind and helpful. Late arrival was no problem. The price is very reasonnable for what you get. -

Fantastic value for money - I was a bit worried because it was at such a low rate...but the rooms are big! It is very comfortable.
Staff are helpful and 24 hrs. There are two pools, which was great for the kids. Restaurant, room service at night, and $8 cooked eggs for breakfast.

It is certainly not brand new, but it is clean -
1. and out of the CBD which enabled us to have a peace and quietness during the days and nights for rest and sleep. 2. Fast & efficient check in and check out. 3. linkage and calls for taxi service. 4. Easy access to Esplanade walkway for walks, exercise and relaxation. 5. Swimming pool for apartments easily accessible and free for my children, and not crowded. 6 Very convenient apartments for family my size.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a prime location perfect if you are looking to go to the beach, wander around the shops or choose from the many restaurants in Hastings Street. A perfect spot for a weekend getaway or holiday.

The position is sensational, next door to all services you need like massage, supermarket, beautician, hair, post office, restaurants, clothes shopping all while being across the road to the beach. The view is fantastic! The apartment was very well appointed and stylish. Loved the Managers, both husband and wife go the extra mile to help you. The location of the Bay Tree Hotel was perfect for our tansfer from the airport, the boat to Green Island for snorkelling and the Skytrain / Karunda rainforest expererience. The staff at the hotel desk were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. Breakfast by the pool on a nice sunny morning was perfect and added to our holiday. The room was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed, the confortable bed and the well equipped bathroom with walk in shower was very acceptable.

I stayed here one night and really enjoyed it. The apartment is really
big and fully furnished with all ammeneties you can think of. Very good
kitchen with all tools, nicely decorated livingroom. Comfy bed. Very
good, free parking garage. Has a great coffee bar right next door and
just a short stroll of 200 meters to the famous James street. Certainly
will stay here again on my next visit to Brisbane.

The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

We stayed for four nights as we were attending a wedding which was held in the same venue.
The serviced apartment was also a good base to explore Brisbane and it is connected to the City Centre via a very pleasant walk along the river.
It takes about 25 minutes walking to reach South Bank.
Parking on site was available and included in the room rate.
Excellent staff at reception, very polite and enthusiastic.

Set in beautiful surroundings, which were great to relax in at the end of the day & wonderful to have the restaurant. As we were there for sporting activities it was wonderful to have the spa in the room to help the sore muscles at the end of the day.
