The fact the staff provided everything you could possibly need upon arrival, and we didn't see or hear another guest the whole time we were there. Fresh croissants were left just outside your cabin each morning.

The breakfast was yummy and filling. The host, Josef, was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome, which is what you expect, but not always what you get at some places. The room was decorated really tastefully and was very comfortable. Felt good to be in there. Nice hammock. Very relaxing.

I like the hassle and stress free convenience that the hotel offered. They even have pillow options which was tremendously helps deep slumber especially for yound children. Also, there are also free ipads and wifi provided for the stay as well as wide selection of complimentary movies that helps the young ones occupied when I needed some "me" time.

We had a great time at Pinnacles!! We went there for the first part of our honeymoon and certainly left very relaxed!! Our favourite parts were the pool, day spa and proximity to so many restaurants!!

The management were absolutely wonderful and prepared to do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The apartment was more than substantial in size and the facilities were fine for what we paid. We could walk straight out onto the lawn and enjoy the pool/bbq facilities and were only a few hundred metres walk to the beach. -
