  I found the hosts were exceptional in making our stay extremely welcoming. The facilities were second to none. Rooms were beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable.   The owners were so thoughtful. The accommodated an early arrival and greeted us warmly. The villa was immaculate as was the rest of the house.   The fact the staff provided everything you could possibly need upon arrival, and we didn't see or hear another guest the whole time we were there. Fresh croissants were left just outside your cabin each morning. All facilities were plush and well suited to the place.

  I cannot express how much of a perfect time we had at Roydon. From the pickup at the airport to the transfer back to the airport, everything was just as we had wished for but better. Our apartment (111) was fantastic, overlooking the ocean and beach. It was spacious, clean and had every facility you could wish for. We booked our Quicksilver cruise to the outer barrier reef with him plus transfers from a bus stop 2 m - We have had the Appartement with two Bedrooms and balcony with Oceanview. The Sunrise was really great to see from the balcony!!!! The Appartement was very big and very clean. The kitchen is well equiped. We felt like home and Eddi was very helpful to orginized our day trips for us. The Roydon is located perfectly at the beach and for day trips around cairns (Great Barrier Reef, Kuranda .....). It is perfect to stay with Children.

  We were able to bring out puppies to enjoy our stay and they also loved it. We all felt right at home, everything was beautiful and very clean and fresh. The gardens were just beautiful.
