  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Was central to everything. Was very peaceful. Had activities for the kids to keep them occupied and most of all was the price which was very reasonable.   Clean and comfortable. I very much liked that they caterered very well for smokers with facilities outside each room with nice little table and chairs. We did enjoy this, it also provided an opportunity to socialise with other motel guests. Very nice touch. - The cleanliness, and the staff were so friendly!   We would really want to thank the reception staff for their help! They have all been really friendly, helpful and professionnal! They booked us the Whitsundays Boat Tour litterally at the last moment (we had not thought of booking all that in advance) and they kindly kept our luggage and our car parked at their place for 3 days while we were away!... vad folk säger » They also helped us with our next hotel booking in Port Douglas (our next road trip stop). This Hotel is excellent! It's clean, confortable and nicel - All of the staff were extremely helpful and all requests for information were followed up efficiently and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. They allowed us to store our luggage on two occasions saving us the trouble of finding somewhere to store it whilst we went off on other adventures.. They made our stay in Arlie Beach a pleasure and we would strongly recommend this place to all travels for value and friendly service.

  they were very warm & welcoming people and were very dog friendly. Not only could our dog stay with us inside the cabin but there was also a free dog bath & washing machine for dog bedding. The addition of some welcoming coffee, tea & milk was also a lovely touch - Pool toys the best I*ve seen. Whole slides/etc area excellent for kids... vad folk säger » . Cabins great.   This is such a friendly hotel and the staff were so helpful it was a pleasure to stay there. Our room was pretty standard but good enough and very clean. About ten minutes walk into town which was far enough out to be quiet and peaceful from the night life.Loved the local connection to Papua New Guinea and the artwork at the hotel. The manager, Rosemary, was very helpful. We arrived a number of hours before we were supposed to check in and our room was already ready for us. The manager helped us book our tours and even drove us to the wharf on the day, so we wouldn't be late and this was greatly appreciated.
