Friendly Warm Greeting by lovely staff.
We stayed in room 60 which has a spa. Room is very large, small stove, microwave, Iron, Very comfortable bed. Just brilliant.

Location was good, close to a couple of nice restaurants and the marina.
We had a lovely sunny room in the morning and it was clean and comfy.
Easy to book on line.
A suggestion to you is to offer guets the choice of having their towels changed daily, or not. We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment.

What did i like every-thing .I travelled from Gippsland to Marybourgh and stayed in motels all the way, and the best was the Arkana. From the moment you arrive you are treated like one off their family,nothing was any problem to them . Australia. From reception we got nice advice for other spot points in
Rockhampton and a recommendation for there restaurant which one was a

I loved the locality sooo close to most good things on the Gold Coast. We ate out at the local Mermaid Beach Surf Club which was great.
Free wifi was an added bonus.
