  Great value for money, really friendly staff. Great pool with excellent waterslide to keep the kids amused. Good shallow pool for toddlers. Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom. Nice outside space on the ground floor - recommend ground floor rooms. - It was the perfect place to stay after a 3 days/... vad folk säger » 2 nights cruise through the Whitsundays. The staff was super friendly with us and the facilities were delightful. We really rested while staying here and we would definitely return to the resort if traveling to North Queensland.

  We were impressed at the quality of the accom for the price and the features like beach inlet bbqs - everything was 'neat as a pin' and better than some 4/5 star resorts for cleanliness. The location (approx 1.2km from main street) and ease of travel with bus and ferry services for our teenager and toddler (to beach at Hastings St) was also great.... vad folk säger » We felt spoilt by the simple niceties like quality soaps, a full size fridge, small store close by and easy bus ride to the supermarket. The differen - We were pleasantly surprised that the advertisements accurately described our unit. We had a ground floor unit which was easily accessed from the covered car space. It opened out onto lawns which led to the marina where birds and ducks frequently landed. It was very quiet and conveniently located. We hope to return one day, even in the middle of winter because the reverse cycle air-con meant there was adequate heating for cold winter nights, infrequent though they are in Noosa.

  Convenient location. Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good parking (very important), quiet room. Good "pull-in" driveway for being picked up by family or taxi. Helpful and friendly reception. Hoping to stay there again when we come down soon to a show @ QPAC. - The room met most of my requirements.   Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... vad folk säger » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  I was there to relax after having surgery, we booked the place based on the price, my husband loved the pool just outside the room as I couldnt do much or walk far he made may trips down the steps and straight into the pool. the unit was lovely, set out well and very spacious - just what we needed. Decor beautiful in rooms & reception. Well maintained gardens & pool. Location was perfect for dining & shopping. From the moment we entered till we left we were made welcome & looked after. Highly recommend.

  I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back!   Units had good facilities. Walk into town easy 5-10 minutes for main beach or 2 minutes to First Cove. Great lookout across the road you can see whales, turtles etc if about.   We really liked the proximity to everything and especially the beach. The facilities were great and the family enjoyed it.   Our room was neat, clean and nicely furbished. The location was perfect to the beach which was peaceful, clean and flagged. The Staff were helpful and friendly ( Espically Jack, who was professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful, a true asset to your business - he deserves a raise).   It's basically a nice place. Staff are friendly, though I had no issues to deal with to see how they managed them. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was adequate.
