  Great value for money, really friendly staff. Great pool with excellent waterslide to keep the kids amused. Good shallow pool for toddlers. Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom. The staff was super friendly with us and the facilities were delightful. We really rested while staying here and we would definitely return to the resort if traveling to North Queensland.

  It's basically a nice place. Staff are friendly, though I had no issues to deal with to see how they managed them. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was adequate. It's also only about 200-250 yards to the beach strip. An easy walk. Also in a quiet location. - The four swimming pools were terrific.   We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good. Overall, a really lovely time had by all and I think we will definitely come back again. Also, the room was clean and a great size for all of us.   All the staff were fantastic, from the concierge and receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. They were friendly, approachable, helpful & enthusiastic. We requested a room away from the noise and was given one by the management which was good.   Lovely setting around pool area. Food good, staff friendly and attentive. Room good and clean. Food excellent and front entrance lovely. Would stay again but in a different room. - Helpful welcoming staff. Lovely new spacious room overlooking the pool. Honesty fridge/bar very convenient. Would have liked to stay longer.

  we were there for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was nothing to want in the way of cookware, kitchenware etc. and our travelling picnic basket was never used as it was all in house. - We went there for relaxation and thats what we got..
