We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

  The room was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The dinner and service at the restaurant was well above what was expected, absolutely beautiful. The spa on the roof was checked and turned on every morning and they even check and clean the BBQ for you.   As a Local of 33 years we like to treat one self to a bit of luxury. We have stayed here before an loved it. Rooms are very clean n have had a bit of a refurb an look great. Had in room dinning an the food was great, as was the service. Had a in room spa which was relaxing. Was on the second floor did not find road noise to bad. Large balcony was nice, little touches of luxury such as spa bath, large shower, bath robes, mini bar etc. Staff booked our boat trip to the reef for us and they have lots of area knowledge and recommendations, very helpful and friendly!

  Lovely setting around pool area. Food good, staff friendly and attentive. Room good and clean. Food excellent and front entrance lovely.   My partner and I had a studio unit on the second floor. It was compact, clean and self contained. All appliances were in good order and worked. We booked and were given two adjacent apartments on the 7th floor Very well appointed and fantastic view, excellent location. Extremely comfortable bed too. Pleased that we were able to park two cars and also leave our cars at the resort on the morning of departure. We will be back.

  The staff here obviously know what they are doing. From check in to check out, you could see their experience/training. Even with the problem that arose, they gave three choices for a solution.
