  There was a pleasant atmosphere and the big space of the reception area was inviting. My room was very clean, lovely and modern. The Bathroom was also very modern and of a good size. I requested to have a quiet room which was accomodated. It was good to have a small desk as well for working purposes. There was plenty of storage. I have also stayed at the Ibis in Brisbane, and I have been imp - The front desk staff were excellent. So helpful. We were in Melbourne looking for a flat for our daughter so had some paperwork to do. Staff did some photocopying and faxing for us and it was no trouble for them.(We had our own laptop and internet) We needed a carpark and were able to have one. I n a visit a few weeks before the weather was very hot and they gave us an iceblock and cold drink on our return from house hunting. Very thoughtful-full marks. We will certainly visit again.

  It's convienent location and lovely customer service - It was close to everything, so convenient and the staff were helpful when we asked for directions and some silly quesitons.

  When we arrived I asked if twin beds were booked. She said queen and divan . I thought that was a bit rich having to stay on divan. I had told my friend I usually stay at Mooloolaba as the screen showed the one at Mooloolaba. She then said they could make king into twin. We had booked I bed twin apt. When we came back at 4.30pm. So great stay. - I liked the fact that it was situated near the city attractions but not too close, hence not too noisy. The tram stop was just by the hotel or we could walk downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a small supermarket right next door. We were on 10th floor and had the views without the traffic noise. The staff were nice and helpful and the apartment was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

  I can't say enough good things about the Alto and staff . The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines . The staff were very friendly and the manager went out of his way to help solve an issue I had with my myki card. He was also a valuable source of information on what to do in Melbourne

  The location is great, very close to most of the shopping malls. The room is clean, with all necessary facilities. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, some of them are quite famous, which is amazing for a foodie like me. The staff in the hotel are really nice and helpful. They also allow customers to leave luggage for hrs after check... vad folk säger » out. - The staff were friendly and professional. The motel room was clean and a good size. The kitchen was small and compact and we were able to prepare and cook meals to save money. It was nice and quiet and the beds were firm but comfortable. We would have no hesitation in returning to that motel when we visit Melbourne again.

  Arriving on a delayed flight into Melbourne via Sydney from Hawaii, we expected all sorts of problems upon arriving very late at the Somerset. However, I must complement their staff, in particular Paul Dale, who were very helpful and understanding. I commend them for the service, the spotless room and the central location. Bob Langridge - i like there are lots of electric and home appliances, like microwave oven, washing machine, stove, etc. There are shops and supermarkets nearby thus cooking in the room is very convenient esp. my mother is a vegetarian. It also near the melbourne central, queen victoria markets. And many tourist points can be reach on foot. (If you don't mind to walk)

  The hotel suited our requirements perfectly. The location was good, the staff were exceptionally helpful. The beds were so comfortable. Even loved the fact that there was a bathtub which meant we could soak our weary feet and legs after a good day out and about. - Have stayed at Rydges 2009, 2011 and now 2013.   We stayed at Oaks on Market for two nights. The studio apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel is close to Casino and night life, within 10 minutes by walking. They provided discount parking ($10 per entry or per day) in a nearby car park. Staying there again could definitely be our future consideration!   The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the River View room, and were delighted with the views. The spectacular fireworks display on the Yarra river was a wonderful bonus.   This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel Melbourne and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help were possible. All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds.   I had made an error with my booking and due to this we were put in one of their other apartments on Malthouse Lane. It was very noisy and when I complained the staff didn't hesitate but move us to another apartment in the main building. Great service and we ended up staying there all weekend. The Adina is fabulously located close to everything in inner city Melbourne - you are only 5 minutes away from gre - Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they lent us tram passes and umbrellas. Beds really comfortable, bedrooms overlooking Flinders Street a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper but the view made it all worthwhile! Our friends bedroom had no view and they said it was very quiet. Great location for MCG and anything on the free tram. IGA express next door was very handy. Thank you for making our stay in Melbourne so memorable and special!
