Excellent friendly service and great accommodation. I left my Kindle and having contacted Yvonne she was extremely helpful and arranged to post it on immediately. Would definitely recommend this motel. Very spacious room, warm and comfortable. Good bathroom including spa bath. Welcoming and helpful staff. Good freshly-cooked breakfast delivered to your room. Adjacent to good pubs for other meals.
alla recensioner » The room was large and beautifully furnished, our welcome was warm and friendly as well as our send off the next morning. The township itself was perfect for a seaside stop over we will be back. It was a fabulous place for two couples to stay as each bedroom was completely separate with a bathroom and the shared rooms were the kitchen and living area. We paid about $20 extra for the upgrade to apartment unit - it was amazing - probably the best place we stayed during our touring holiday in Victoria. Luxurious room, with spa and kitchenette. Plenty of room in both the room itself and the en suite bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, close to the centre of Port Fairy. Very friendly owner. The room was clean and comfortable. Lovely apartment and couple who were running it were both very pleasant and helpful. No complaints at all. No A/C in 2nd bedroom. A/C in lounge room did not work. Hole in carpet needs fixing. Pungent smell - perfume/airfreshner. l felt the room i book was not the room i recieved when i got there and was not able to change it. The photo of the apartment on this email is what i blieved i book and it is not what we got. Poor customer service, dirty/mouldy, got our booking wrong, overpriced for what it is, dated.
