  We arrived on a busy Friday prior to check in time. The staff directed us to a suitable location where we could have a nice lunch and then phoned us when the room was ready(prior to check in time). Amenities were good and - when I first booked on line I thought I had booked at another Adina that we had previous stayed at. After much stress getting to the hotel through peak hour Friday traffic we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only with the staff member that couldn't do enough for me. The close proximity to City, fantastic rooms. So now you are our Hotel of Choice and have been recommending to all our country friends

  The location was fantastic for a couple of geriatric wannabe teenagers. From there one could walk around the river basin, catch a ferry, bus or train.   on arrival staff were very pleasant & helpful especially for helping us with parking given that the hotle parking was full, the room was comfortable although the furniture setting seemed out of order, we did move the furniture (poor feng shui) to make it more comfortable for our stay. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels.   The first thing we did when we arrived was had some lunch at the bar/ restaurant . The waitress who served us was amazing ! I've worked in hotels for over 6 years and your staff really did shin - It is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. Our superior 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Next to the river there is a lovely walk with a playpark for the children. It was pleasant to have a walk and look at the boats on the harbour. You wouldnt have known that you were right next to a highway as it is so quiet and relaxing. The children loved the swimming pool.

  Price and location......even though we had a room overlooking the main road......it was noisy the first night but when we realised there were 2 doors it was fine after that - The location was really close to the beach, the staff were professional and friendly. The property looked very well kept, we enjoyed out stay.

Overall, our eight day stay would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced and enjoyed.

  We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Perth Langley and would like to commend your staff. The Reception staff (whose names escape us) were extremely friendly and helpful, the Breakfast Buffet Staff were so accommodating and nothing was a bother, also a young chap who laboured at Fennians was particularly friendly, professional an... vad folk säger » d wecoming and deserves recognition. Most of all what was particularly outstanding was the impeccable service from the staff at SenSes Restaurant, wh - Room was very well presented, it is obviously a older building but has a homely feel to it.
