The short answer is ... everything.
The staff were delightful, right from check-in to final check-out.
The room was superb, well appointed and exceptionally comfortable and clean.
The restaurant would be among the best at which we have ever eaten, with the sensibly brief menu and wine list superbly backed-up by very polite and attentive staff.
Overall, our eight day stay would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced and enjoyed.

3 of us all Family Physicians were there for our FRACGP AKT exam for 1 week.
We requested for a 2 bedroom appartment but since it wasn't available they booked us in a 3 bedroom appartment for the same price.
A covered parking with access from inside ws a blessing since the weather was unpredictably raining every half an hour.

it is spacious, comfort bed and location is strategic near the city. we stayed at the Harwood Place one of Verandah apartment block. it is very quite place in the city . easy parking as they gave us one remote key for the garage no parking ticket in and out.. staff are very friendly and helpfull. i will be back again to this place on my next trip to Perth . :)

The views from our room were fantastic especially with the rough weather. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in perth and we have been to a lot of the hotels in perth . Gym was good and great to have a laundry and not pay a fortune, also loved the bathroom which was a great size for 2 and lots of counter space and shower was great. Food was very good and continental breakfast was very good as was the price.good location for us good small bars and cafe's , great beach. Overall

We loved the clean modern design, stand up shower, the artwork, climate control, safety features (room card in elevator), computers with free Internet in the lobby, free wifi in the lobby, baggage storage space upon arrival and departure, comfortable lobby area, quiet rooms, good selection of tv channels, comfortable bed etc!!! We were relocating to another state. We were in a high degree of stress as a result. However, the apartment was well appointed for our needs, and provided enough space for two toddlers, including the bedroom size. The staff were amazing, I work away and very often stay in high end hotels around Australia as I am in my early 20's I often get treated much differently but it was definitely not the case, there was a couple of noise complaints but the staff dealt with it in a very respectful manner. staff excellent, i emailed things i wanted to know when i arrived all was answered very happy. They smiled and felt good. close to shops / beach etc. if you have a car close to larger shopping centre 20 min from Fremantle/ Perth . Very happy with the location, whilst on the highway was still ok , i slept well traffic didnt affect me at all.
