Dual access. Near to restaurants. River scenery from lounge and both balconies. Always something to look at. location, accomodation and facilities, property management, ambience. Plumbing noise from neighbouring units. Upstairs balcony roof not guttered; therefor rain runs off back onto the balcony itself, you have to close the bedroom window so that water does not splash through the window as they open from the bottom up.
