  The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for the location. It was a quiet location, close to the town centre.   all the facilities needed were there. It was very clean and plenty of room as we had another couple who needed the second bedroom - The price, the unit had everything that was needed, location was perfect, quiet but only a short walk to the town.

  Apartment was spacious and had a nice small garden area at the back with large table/chairs and umbrella. Pool really nice and needed as weather very hot. Would be suitable for a family stay as kitchen well fitted for own catering. Fifteen/twenty minute walk into town with plenty of shopping choices, coffee shops and restaurants. Must visit to ... vad folk säger » Bar beach very pretty and calm water. - I liked being on Fishpen, walking distance to the bar beach and the front beach. Nice cafe close by, parking and clean pool.Unit was comfortable with a nice courtyard. In summary VERY good value for money.

  The apartment was large with plenty of room was well stocked with kitchen utensils etc, Modern Flat Screen Television. Having your own washing machine was a bonus. Grounds were neat and tidy - Location. Friendly management. Light and bright.

  Everything...excellent... staff could not do enough for you....extremely clean, well set out and friendly. Definately recomnmend this and go again. I would give it 5 x Stars - Well Done.... - size of the room, nice gardens, friendly and well knowledged staff

  I am a regular visitor to Merimbula because I like the Fish Pen locatin and weather in January. I chose the Black Dolphin resort because it offered all we required in accomodation, at a very fair rate. The appartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. A great view from the balcony and adequate parking. Thanks for a great stay and I hope to return ... vad folk säger » again next year. - the owners have done simple renovations to update & modernise the look of the buildings, new modern style bedding, clean and in working order.
