  EXCELLENT service from ALL reception staff. Clean. Easy access to trams, being location on St Kilda Road. Great cafe. Good shower (altho over bath) value for money - Location idea for us as our conference was just round the corner! Accessibility was great - plenty of tramp-carts to parts of the city

Staff were friendly. The gym was A one and the pool was great to unwind after all the walking. I have recommended this shortstay to F & R had a wonderful time, oh and you had food works and bottleshop right next door also very handy.

  Staff were very friendly. All children under 12 free using existing bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slow in responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and waived... vad folk säger » the parking fee. - The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

  We had a fantastic stay at the St Kilda Quest. We loved the fact that the Apartments are so close to the all forms of public transport yet still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and supermarkets. When we had had enough sightseeing we would wander back to the apartment and just chill in the relaxing environment.   The location is great, very close to most of the shopping malls. The room is clean, with all necessary facilities. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, some of them are quite famous, which is amazing for a foodie like me. The staff in the hotel are really nice and helpful. The kitchen was small and compact and we were able to prepare and cook meals to save money. It was nice and quiet and the beds were firm but comfortable. We would have no hesitation in returning to that motel when we visit Melbourne again.

  everything, there isnt anything to fault about this place!..I got upgraded to a 4bed from a 10bed cos they were super busy!..Its within walking distance to the main eating places in Acland Street etc.. tram stop in front of the hostel.   Great location within walking distance to Rod Laver Arena. Easy to grab a taxi along Jolimont Rd and only a 10 min walk into the city. Lovely facilities, basic but comfortable.   The staff were fantastic. We had to leave luggage as we arrived early. This included a large box not heavy but cumbersome. When we returned at check in time we received a bottle of wine and help with our belongings to the 41st floor with fantastic views. Spacious apartments with all amenities.
