It features beautiful gardens, barbecue facilities, free WiFi internet and free gourmet continental breakfast. Hot breakfasts are available on request. The luxurious suites at Margaret River Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse each have a double spa bath and a private terrace overlooking the gardens and the forest. A 52-inch flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player are provided for guest entertainment. A refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities and reverse cycle air-conditioning are also included. Guests can relax by the log fire in the cozy lounge, or request an in-room massage. Margaret River Bed & Breakfast also features a tour desk where guests can get travel advice. Bicycle rental is available in the town centre.The property also offers full-day scenic nature and wine tours. Tea and coffee are offered all day in the lounge. Prevelly Beach, which is great for swimming and surfing is 5 minutes away by car. The Eagles Heritage Raptor Wildlife Centre is a 15-minute drive.

A very cosy place that was well furnished. Stayed in Ellenbrook Suite which had a nice spa bath in the bathroom (not sure furnishing of other 3 rooms). Breakfast was fantastic! Dirk and Pam were wonderful hosts!. very friendly also helpful as to where to and what sites to visit. thank you for helping us see things we would not have seen otherwise.room was immaculate breakfast great & setting was wonderful.

Have already recomended Loaring Place to my family and friends. very quiet as we were hoping. just a couple of minute by car to Margaret River centre. Spacious room, nice spa, big sized shower. Good choice of food for breakfast. Set in a quiet bushland location. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Central to the Margaret River tourist region. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Lovely stay and love everything in this hotel. Nice service and everything like staying at home. We will definately reconmend our friend to visit here. Owner is very helpful, we checked in almost midnite. Room's amenities are excellent, as my only standard is 5star. We will come back again for sure. Friendly hosts, lovely lounge area, very comfortable beds. I am gluten intolerant and that was taken into account with the breakfast. Thank you. Could hear other guests in their rooms. wonder if you suppose to make your own bed in B&B type of accommodation ? this is not a big deal anyway. Nothing. Nothing. No drawers for clothes. Noisy bathroom fan. Leaving. I felt the place needed some tlc. Also a cooked breakfast was an extra charge!.
