  läget - Our first im pression was the friendly helpful staff, arriving 9pm late friday night. Very refreshing. Then it was the comfortable spacious room with great views of the city lights. Would definitely stay here again.

  the Staff were super efficient, we mentioned the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Next morning a brand new one was installed and set up for all channels. They had the new towels we asked for,ready for us when we got back late at night, and helped at every opportunity. couldn't fault them.   We had a fabulous stay and cannot fault the accommodation and facilities. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of our room - modern, comfy and clean and the location - pretty much walking distance to everything.   I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order.   We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely, it had ever thing you needed. Loved the separate bedroom, lounge/kitchen/dining area, and it had its own balcony. It was in the greatest location, walking distant to every-where. The staff were all nice and most helpful, on asking they let us have a late checkout for no extra cost, can't ask - Location to Cbd & public transport ideal. The staff are all friendly & helpful in every way. Would stay again & every time when in Brisbane.

  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven.
