  service quality of the staff - The room, Restaurants and the Lyric show were all excellent and the proximity to Darling Harbour and various attractions made it unnecessary to go anywhere else. We really enjoyed our break and will do it again. We had made a number of costumes for the Buddy Show and had come down for the opening night.

I'm really sorry I can't remember her name but she is what excellence is all about, and just based on her service we would recommend your hotel.   Got upgraded to a junior suite gorgeous room. All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea... vad folk säger » /coffee making facilities. - loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March. Highly recommend that its the best place to stay while in Sydney!!

  The hotel was spotless in an excellent location of Sydney. The area was safe & friendly. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. We have since travelled to a new hotel in Melbourne & really notice the difference in their assistance compared to the Grace Hotel.   Everything about the Park Royal Darling Harbour was excellent. The location, the venue itself, but most of all the staff. My wife had a medical emergency during our stay and the assistance provided by all the staff we encountered was absolutely "second to none" even though it all unfolded during the middle of the night. For our purpose which was Entertainment Centre concerts ( Carlos Santana, Robert Plant and the Tedeschi Trucks Band at the Enmore theatre it was ideal. Access to all points of Darling Harbour, Fish Markets, Circular Quay, The Rocks, China Town, QVB shopping ,The Apple Shop, ABC Shop, Broadway and the Park Royal all central to it. The Museums well I could go on but I will have to stop.

  Staff were exceedingly helpful, and the hotel is in a great location. Easy to get around the city, and plenty of good attractions nearby. Excellent value for money, and terrific staff (couldn't be friendlier or more helpful).   läge - The location of the Hilton Sydney is extremely advantageous for the traveller, as one can get on the train form International airport and it drops you at Townhall Station. From htere, it is only a case of up the escalators and along the street a short distance to the Hotel. I stayed on the Executive Floor and this was well worth the extra ... vad folk säger » $$$ as the Executive Lounge has internet facility (complimentary computers) and the breakfast and pre-drinks/canapes are very nice and the lounge is comfortab - We checked out in the morning and left our bags with the concierge as we had a late flight back to Europe. When we came back to collect our bags I asked if there was anywhere I could get changed (into travelling clothes). I was given a pass to the inhouse gym and told I could also use the shower. This was a fantastic service and I really appreciated being able to do this before a 24 hour flight home!

  Close to Wynyard station Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!! On the Sunday there was a brunett... vad folk säger » e lady (looked young, maybe mid twenties) who was very helpful to me and my son and held the lift as I arranged him and my groceries in the early afte - We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.
