The owners are new and were very accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, they gave us some great advice on what to do and recommended some places to visit.
The apartment was spacious and offered a well equiped kitchen. Great value for money. We would definitely recommend them and we will stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend.

The owners were welcoming and friendly. The apartment was very clean cosy and comfortable with lovely modern cooking facilities. The bed was very comfortable. Owners very helpful in making suggestions and answering our questions. Very quiet location.
The owner Barry was really friendly, happy to chat. It was really fantastic value for money and I would have no hesitation to recommend it to friends and family. The rooms had electric blankets, great TV's which were used during out stay.
The views, the nice rooms, clean and spacious, bed comfortable, facilities ok. Located away from the hurly burly and close to the 90 mile beach and reasonably priced for what you get.
Great place to stay. Has a fully equipped kitchen, owners really make you feel at home. Even warmed up the spa for us after dinner. It's quiet and very clean. We will be back.
Lovely quiet location, well priced, good sized 1 bedroom apartment which
was very clean and generally had a well equipped kitchen. It is only a
short drive to Lakes Entrance.
Would definitely stay there again!

Value for money in comparison to other establishments in the area and
the size of the room was big in terms of places we have stayed at in
the past and paid a lot more for. Mind you we did stay in what was
termed as the Villa, it was more like a 2 bedroom house, which was
comfy and cosy and located in a quiet area, not far from the shops and
main tourist area'S. Most certainly would stay again when we travel
next to this area.

The apartments are undergoing a management change and the new people seem more helpful and friendly. The previous management were asked for a scourer to clean the pots after use, but this never eventuated.
Small Bathroom but not really a big problem.
Decor was a bit old but functional.

Bed was very uncomfortable. We both ended up in the middle.
Unfortunately, due to letsbookhotel.com's administrative inflexibility, no
refund or even part refund was possible when the accompanying three
adults did not actually accompany us.
Difficult to find.
Nothing.
Not wanting to be negative but these are only minor issues that can be
easily rectified.
1. The outdoor Spa Pool was dirty with mould.
2. Kitchen oven had no oven trays which sadly we discovered at the time of wanting to heat a meal, went into town get foil trays. (Left 2 in oven not used)
3. The kitchen had no suitable bowls for eating breakfast cereal out of.
4. The main bedroom mattress lacked any real support that one would wake up with back pain.
bed was very uncomfortable, mattress was too soft,
place for hanging up washed clothes was right near the wastebins (very bad smell there).
Nothing.
The entire unit smelt of mildew and was just unbearable. We actually considered leaving if we were staying for longer than one night. The decor requires updating as it is very out dated. Definetely would not stay there again or recommend it.
