This is the perfect Hotel. Everything was just right. It is new and modern and comfortable. All Staff were very professional and friendly. The Breakfast was just right and the WiFi was Free and reliable. I could not recommend this Hotel highly enough. Very good value for money. I will make an effort to get back to Hobart just to stay there again.

We were made to feel welcome the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was amazing and we were upgraded due to an anniversary. The location is great, close to everything. parking convenient. Highly recommend staying here. I know I will again.

The staff were very nice & helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious & well stocked with everything you needed for your stay. The location was excellent as well. I would definately stay again & would highly recommend this place to others. -
Onsite parking, lovely friendly and helpful reception staff (Sean and Chris), fabulous room with little courtyard, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, comfy bed, fab facilities, great location, would definitely stay there again, absolutely loved it!!

The rooms were huge and the staff were fantastic. It was equipped with a fridge, a toaster, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses as well as a mini bar. The location is handy to lots of restaurants as well as being across the road from Coles for groceries if you want to eat breakfast in your room. From the time we arrived at the hotel /reception on the 15 April
2013 was met by the staff who was courteous and greeted us with a warm
welcome , gave us information on the property and surrounds with wifi
password and advised this was at no cost.
The housekeeping was simply excellent with the room cleaned everyday and linen renewed as well.
We also liked the proximity to Hobart CBD and the restaurants that were at a hop, skip and a jump , could not ask for any better

Friendly Staff, Very comfortable king size bed, cheap mini bar, lovely outlook, clean, close to everything, amazing food in the restaurant, we ate there for breakfast & dinner. Consistent communication from service. Apartment was located close to best bakery in town and Salamanca area. Apartment was clean, fully equipped and washer/dryer much appreciated. Staff were brilliant. We arrived on an unusually very hot day (and our room was unfortunately on the north west corner). Even with the fan going, we were unable to sleep due to this unfortunate combination of circumstances. In the morning with all other rooms booked, we decided to curtail our pre-booked stay - staff were extremely professional, even offering to cloak our luggage until we were able to make other arrangements.
