  Pretty much everything. Donia and Ozzie we absolutely fantastic, welcoming hosts. The place is fab, lovely big communal room, great breakfast, comfy beds and in a great location on a quiet road in the centre of town. The rooms were not only comfortable but the meticulous attention to little touches to make the stay more comfortable reflected their love for people.   A great place to stay close to all the wineries in the yarra valley also great for families close to Healsville Sanctuary. Jeanette & Tom great hosts. Also a fantastic breakfast. - Breakfast was delicious, property was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Spa was great!
