We had a superior ocean view room on 22nd floor. Excellent view but a bit windy so the balcony didn't get a lot of use. Apartment was excellent. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and sorted any minor problems we had.

We loved the location, the view from our room was second to none. burleigh heads was perfect for us as it had a real community vibe and is close to all the action of surfers paradise. The rooms were well appointed and the staff courteous and friendly. We are already planning a return trip early in the new year and 2nd avenue will see our return patronage

The apartment and position, as in proximity to Surfer's Paradise was perfect, close enough to walk to, far enough away not to be bothered by traffic etc. The beach being right through a gate was ideal. The view was something to behold! -

The apartment and complex was spotlessly clean and comfortable and it was very handy for our teenagers having the 7/11 convenience store downstairs along with the coffee shop and Subway. We loved the location and the spaciousness of the penthouse perfect for my birthday party. Great resort style apartments, great staff, really top spot being just opposite the beach and walking track and close to 2 playgrounds for our little one. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, must say one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen for a long time. Pool and gardens were very well maintained. Inside pool was an added bonus. Rooftop area was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Great location.
