  I liked the prompt service to rectify a hiccup we had on our first night. The communication from Tim after we left has been great and we appreciate we were not charged for our first night accommodation.   The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed, centrally located to many facilities and the staff were courteous and extremely helpful - Location was perfect . I liked the room It had every thing I needed for my stay I even stayed another night . The staff was so friendly.

  The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, informed and openly honest. As a past chairman of the NZ Maori Tourism Board and having worked in the hospitality industry at a 5 star level in 33 countries I must say that Dylan and his front desk team are a credit to the management of Islander Resort. Instead of driving home (2hrs away in busy traffic), but found my short time at this accommodation relaxing, clean and affordable. As if I had more time I am sure I would have loved to have use the pool, spa etc facilities. My meal ordered to room was also satisfying.   It was nice to have a private balcony with a view, the room had a refrigerator / tea & coffee making facilities / easy to use air-con / hair dryer/ ironing facilities, it has a pool / spa / nice and tidy outdoor setting / restaurant, staff friendly and very helpful and accommodated us with an extra bed at no extra cost, it is close to bus st... vad folk säger » ops / local supermarket and shops / near beach, has free parking and wi-fi if needed. - So close to the beach and across the road to coles/ takeaway outlets and bottleshop. Centre of Burleigh heads was about a 30/40 min walk away but it was nice to walk along the beach. Room was lovely and clean nice comfy bed sea view. Heated swimming pool and hot tub. Excellent value for money, would stay here again

  The friendliness provided by Tony, the location which is perfect for the theme parks, the bus service and driver to the Australian Outback Spectacular which we had pre booked without knowing the bus service provided by this Motor Inn at $5 per person return. It saved us from driving and finding a park. This Motor Inn was a great choice and wou... vad folk säger » ld highly recommend it. - Location was close to the Outback Spectacular: We only needed a clean bed for 8 hours, and a hot shower, close to the venue before we went on our way again! Look, this motel has had it's day and is now up against the Motorway, but with the aircon on we didn't hear a sound all night!
