What we like most is its location to the beach, theme parks and its proximity to harbour town. There's a Chinese takeaway nearby and it's very quiet. The kids love the pool. All facilities are in good working condition. That the fridge was already cold (have been places where I had to turn it on). That everything I needed was there, all I had to do was turn up with my clothes.

Facilities clean and the bedding configuration perfect. Close to Harbourtown Shopping Centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A great budget accommodation, had everything we needed at a great price. great stay,close to where we needed to go. Easy parking and even though on main road, room was very quiet. Inclusion of plates, cutlery and glasses. Also a heater and iron. Nothing left out. The motel was well located and was clean and comfortable and was quite cheap. Good price and nice and near to the Gold Coast Marathon. Bed was comfy. staff good and very friendly rooms very clean good value for money. Bed not comfortable, power point for jug wasnt working properly and the overhead fan didnt work. internet poor connection. i didnt like the poor a/c in the room. i had a room that faced the afternoon sun and the small a/c unit did nothing to cool the room down. There was not a thing i did not like. internet poor reception. The pillows were very bad. the TV was a little small. the rooms need to be sound proofed as the guy snoring keep us awake. We were 4 adults and should have booked a larger room. nowhere to put our bags...had to put them on the spare bed. We were very tired and wanting to go to sleep early that night around 8.30 pm but there was a party there, the noise was a little disturbing. The rules and restrictions applied with possible large fines. Rooms were not serviced daily. Location. The owner's say they will charge your bankcard $75 if rubbish not taken out or room left tidy. I believe it is the cleaners job to do this work. Why else do I pay for a motel accommodation so you do not have to worry about these matters They do not supply all as stated, milk etc. No face washers in room. Air condition unit very loud. Old motel with air conditioning unit fixed in bathroom, The room was tidy but there was an odour which is typically there found in old rooms. No near by eat out places. Pretty much to expectations - there is only so much you can expect for $85 these days. rooms very outdated poorly outfitted ,I did not expect much ,and that's what I got.i certainly would not stay there again.what amazed me most were the reviews,thats why I stayed there.2 out of 10,believe me that's being kind. Hugely disappointed. Booked a room for 5 people and when we arrived they had a room allocated to us that only accommodated 3. No more rooms were available and we were told to try somewhere else. Very hard on a Saturday night on the Gold Coast with three kids after travelling for 8 hours. I would never book there again.
