  We just needed stopover self-catering accommodation- these units fitted the bill- nothing flash (older style), but clean, well-maintained and spacious. The kitchenette was simply, but adequately, equipped for cooking a basic meal- electric frypan and small microwave. - This was pleasant accomodation in a quiet, seaside location which worked very ... vad folk säger » well on route to and from Exmouth.   I booked a studio unit and was really impressed. My studio was very spacious, with a combined lounge/dining/kitchen area with a large bedroom and huge bathroom. It was all very modern, clean and I thought great value - more expensive than the motels but much bigger & nicer. Pub with bottleshop next door. The cleanliness of the apartment and the space in the apartment all first class. Worthy of a ***** rating. Can't wait to stay there again.

  very clean and fresh, bathroom adequate with lovely huge fluffy towels and hot, hot water. Bed very comfy and four great pillows! Flat screen TV, pool, fridge and quiet at night. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. There is a large communal kitchen you can use (but we ordered pizza in). They have a vending machine for cool drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices.   Really nice to have an apartment instead of the usual basic motel or hotel room - especially as the cost was quite similar. The apartment was well-equipped, had been recently refurbished to a good standard, and was very well situated closed the areas of interest for tourists. The arrangements for access were conducted well - Dean was friendly, hel... vad folk säger » pful and responsive. - Iv stayed in this facility a couple of times and I enjoy the character/style and homely feel - high ceilings, wooden floor boards etc. It beats the sterile, generic nature of other accomodation options in town. The shops are close by which means you can self cater in a fully equipped kitchen.

  The manager/owner was very accommodating - he came out to the property early for us after we arrived in town earlier than expected. He also delivered a high chair to the room free of charge. The room opened up onto the pool which was terrific. The price was also significantly less than booking direct with Broadwater.
