I enjoyed our Sunday morning bacon and eggs and newspaper. The location of The Abbotswood is convenient and easy to find from the freeway exit and is close to Waurn Ponds shopping centre and a short 15 minutes to the CBD. Will be staying here again. Thankyou very much Graeme and staff for looking after us. I enjoyed my stay at Abbotswood Motor Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable. Motel is not far (by car) from shops and city center. There was an issue with WiFi connection, but it was rapidely and efficiently fixed! ;).
alla recensioner » There property was very clean and well equipped. The innkeeper was very helpful. The property is located out of the CBD, but was not an issue for us. The room was very clean and well set up. Management were approachable and helpful. I have no issues or complaints. All in all I had a very good stay. Within easy reach of Geelong central & beach areas. Very friendly staff & room spacious, clean & comfortable. Nice quiet area. Staff were very accommodating, friendly, and obliging Nothing was any trouble, including temp bedding for unexpected guests. Loved those easy chairs to relax in, and the table cloth was an extra little blessing. Enjoyed the friendliness of staff. welcoming, friendly owners, willing to assist if needed. Exceptionally clean, spacious room. Indoor heated simming pool. Nothing was a bother for the owners/staff. It was ideal stop over place for our start of the Great Ocean Road trip. Good location. The room is clean and tidy and has large space. We felt warm and compartable staying in there. Graham and the staff were terrific. To drive me and a friend to the footy was muchly appreciated. Neighbours a bit noisy until very late and close to busy road. nothing. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling!!. Next to a busy motorway. The beds were uncomfortable,the pillows smelled musty,there was not enough milk or sugar in the room for us all to have a drink,the airconditioning was not adequate,even though it was a small area.There was no clock in the room,. The pillows were too hard. Tricky to find, as Princess Hwy changed names. N/A. Nothing. Electric blankets were not easy to operate. Decor in room very outdated. Not really worth the $120 a night we paid.
