  The unit was spacious, 3 balconies and very well-equiped. I like the white bed linen. The unit was clean and the furnishings modern. 3 minute walk to beach. We were on the 4th floor but I think the views would be excellent up higher over the beach and river. - Everything!!   they where very obliging when I asked if we could have a cot in one of the rooms. Thank you.   Staff - very friendly, good local knowledge of local venues and special events in we visited Overall feel - motel was very clean with modern in room facilities, motel is not new but has been tastefully re decorated to meet holiday stay needs - We loved the way we were greeted when we arrived.   Staff were exceptionally helpful, and looked after us very well, especially when we left behind some luggage and they helped us out to get it back. Room was large and comfortable.
