The facilities The phone call from owner checking that we had arrived and everything was OK The bed The décor The location. fantastic place to have a romantic get away, the room had claw foots baths and open fireplaces. what more could you want?. Nothing. no service from the owner - calls not answered - we were not aware that treatments had to be pre-booked - room was dingy, fire would not light & washing facilities were primitive.
