  Clean, comfortable room, nice big comfortable bed, friendly, helpful staff. Not too far from city centre but having a car is useful as bus service infrequent. Air- conditioner worked well to keep the room cool.   Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were also great and I like that the place was surrounded with lots of trees and gardens so that staying there was very relaxing and laid back - very similar to the Darwin vibe.   I loved the staff as they were not only friendly but also very professional. The decore of the room was exceptional, the breakfast was well presented and fresh.   I had a private room so it was luxurious! Great that towels were provided that was a real bonus and simple breakfast was really appreciated. I was also impressed that I was given a discount for the broken sink. Overall I was really impressed as I haven't stayed in a backpacker's lodge since the 70's!!!
