  Wonderful warm welcome when we got there very friendly..lovely spacious and clean rooms..they had everything all we needed was our clothes..they had toiletries etc..had a great pub on corner $8.95.   The managers, Conan and Kim were very friendly. Conan carried our luggage up the one flight of stairs for us. The room that we had, although not large, had everything that we needed including a two burner stove top, a microwave and a small oven/grill.   The location is perfect, across the road is the beach. We stayed here only one night on our way to Brisbane, but Coffs Harbour, the beach and this hotel seemed very nice too us. We were there after some pretty awful weather, yet the grounds were still very pretty.   Stayed here for only one night, but it just wasn't long enough. The room was large, very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. Alisha and Peter the managers were great and very accommodating, we were booked in else where the next night for a wedding.
