Very close to a precinct with good restaurants, bar, supermarket etc. Felt like a place one could stay for two weeks and have a real holiday!

  The apartment was very big! We had lots of space.It felt like home. We loved having a separate laundry room in our apartment. The kitchen was great.I really wanted to cook and it had everything I needed. The swimming pool is very long - perfect for lap swimming. It is also super for kids. The beds were very comfortable.   The staff were VERY accommodating and allowed a late checkout at no extra cost. This was very helpful as it saved the hassle of waking up early after a long drive from melbourne. We had a toddler so the extra hour sleep-in was appreciated! All amenities were in good order. Undercover parking was a bonus especially give the weather was chilly. Receptionist Jenny was very helpful with local knowledge. That the apartment was serviced daily, even though we only stayed 2 nights, was much appreciated and unexpected.

  I had a note on my file that I liked the apartment that we stayed in last time and would prefer it for future bookings. I was kindly rang by a staff member to let me know that room was not available as it was a two bedroom apartment I had booked a one bedroom apartment. We were very happy with the apartment and we will be returning in about 3 weeks for another stay in C - The apartment was clean, spacious and the view was spectacular! We were so close to all the places we wanted to visit Parliment House, The War Memorial and Shopping in the City. The Staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. I would recommend it to anyone looking for top accommodation in the city at a reasonable price. Kathy, Kevin and Family.

  Very good value for money, the unit was clean with good heating. Car parking was good. The facilities and Restaurant were good clan and good food.   The apartment was well appointed and serviced every day. The bus stop into the City was just around the corner running every half hour, the trip only taking 15-20 mins. The local shopping centre is only 2-3 mins. Up the road and has everything you need. Staff were friendly and obliging. Liked having a small balcony. The location is fantastic - close to great restaurants and shops and the Bus Depot Markets. We could walk down to the fireworks on Saturday night.We had a great time!   I still think accommodation in the ACT is ridiculously expensive and the Lodge was the cheapest I could find. The shared showers/toilet is a bit o a pain but everything was immaculate and I didn't have to wait to use any of the facilities. The staff was terrific and very accommodating. All the facilities were very clean. The room was comfortable and being able to cook in the kitchen was very handy. The free breakfast is also very good. An excellent option if you're on a budget or an extended stay in Canberra. It's location close to Kingston shops is great. It's also easy to get into the city and a short walk to the lake.

  Reception staff - very friendly at each encounter. I was welcomed with unsolicited suggestions and free maps - very nice touch you would normally only see in a small country town. I am not that fussy but . . . I find dry irons in hotel rooms very frustratingly ineffective and a statement of mistrust. Breakfast buffet was very, very reasonably priced - didn't feel any urge to over-eat just to get my mone - My wife fell and broke her arm 3 hours after we arrived; I was diagnosed with DVT 3 days later. We had to extend our stay by 3 days as doctopr would not allow me to drive home. Staff was very helpful indeed in finding another room for us for 3 days even though the hotel was heavily booked. Could not speak more highly of the staff. Also good to be able to have dinner brought to our room.
