  Loved the upgrade - thankyou so much! The room was everything and more than we were expecting. Right from the moment we walked up to reception until check out, everything was first class. The grounds are so well kept, easy access to the beautiful Cable Beach, the pool area, spa facilities.   I love that the adult pool is separate from the main pool. It is such a great concept that luxury hotels should embrace. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating, polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel. Breakfast buffet is a very good way to start the day. I couldn't complain after ... vad folk säger » my 4 days of total relaxation! - Practically everything but mainly the small things such as cool refresher towel at airport, welcome sparkling wine on arrival, L'Occitane bathroom products, having an adult pool, free airport transfers, free shuttle into town to name a few.   The reception staff were particularly helpful. They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. I loved the location, so close to our needs - shops, restaurants, market and local bus stops etc.. The pool - We enjoyed a self contained villa/suite. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport. Tracey and Kate looked after us in reception. We wish we could have had access to our room for a bit longer - till 12 pm on the

  It was our last night stay in broome so we wanted somewhere comfortable and relaxing and that is what was delivered by our stay.   We were greeted in a friendly manner and because we had arrived in Broome early we were still able to book in, thankfully. We liked the accessibility to the city area by being able to walk there. Also we liked the fact that we could catch a local bus outside the hotel door.   We booked a standard room but were upgraded to a spa room because we had about a 15 minute wait booking in due to a couple of slow elderly customers in front of us. It was nice of the hotel to do that even tho the delay was not the receptionists fault as she patiently dealt with the other customers. Reception staff very helpful. - The location - the IGA (grocer), bottle shop, Broome Museum, local bus stop and a souvenier shop are just across the street. The town beach and a cafe are a 5 min walk away and has a children's playground, wet and dry. A leisurely walk to town takes about 25 min. Two fantastic pools, onsite restaurant and plenty of parking and importantly, there are lifts!

  Staff were very friendly, helpful & very welcoming. My friend and I had booked separately - on arrival, staff offered to move me to a closer room. When I found the air-con out of order in that room, they happily moved me again. Very impressed! - Great staff and facilities, room was cleaned daily and was a nice size for the two people staying.... vad folk säger » The location is great, about 1km from Cable beach and the town bus from right outside the hotel is great for those without a car.

  We liked the room outside the pool (223) rather than the room we stayed in on 5/6/2013. It was perfect location (both room and hotel) and lovely and clean and comfortable. We had two meals (dinner on 5/6 and breakfast on 16/5) both were very nice. - Staff were helpful and friendly.   Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was well appointed. We stayed in the same room for two nights and then eight nights separated by a 12 day Kimberley camping Safari. Our excess luggage was stored for us by Broome Time Lodge. Handy breakfast packs and meal packs available from Reception.   I honestly had an excellent stay over the weekend and will definitely stay there next time I'm in Broome . - all of the above plus allowing to stay a half a day for half price while waiting for flight
