  well where do i start straight from making the booking,Tom was on the phone to me within five minutes asking me wether the room i booked was suitable absolute profesional .i told Tom what i was coming over for and he knew i was on the red eye flight and offered me to come straight to motel and drop bags off and he would endeavour about a early che... vad folk säger » ck in .The staff could not help me enough and especialy Tom went over and beyond the call of duty .The motel was very clean and very close to everythi - Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast. Very convenient very clean very comfortable. Shame we didn't get time for pool. Short but very sweet stay.

  I was only there for a night, as I had an early flight the next morning The staff were friendly and helpful. Its in a good location with many eating places nearby.   My husband had just been discharged from hospital with an neck injury and our stay was brief as we flew home the next day. A lovely helpful lady at the front desk couldn't do enough to help us. Any requests or needs we had in the circumstances were cheerfully and compassionately provided. The room was spotless and beautifully presented. People at reception were really friendly to us. Quite near from Brisbane airport. Excellent if you want to get up early for ur flights.

  Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. - Absolutely loved it and have already booked again. Its walking distance to restaurants, where we had a lovely Italian meal. As we didn't leave Brisbane until after lunch the management were very obliging in allowing us to leave our cases whilst we walked to the shopping centre to fill in some time. They provided a free shuttle service to the terminal which, although the distance was walkable, it was appreciated. It was handy to eateries and an IGA store which provided what we required. - Reception was friendly and efficient and hand you a little carton of cold UHT milk which is nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though the motel is on the main road it is not overly noisy. Plenty of undercover parking. Motel within walking distance to the shops and cafes on Racecourse Road, and the Port.

  I had arrived relatively late from an international flight & was due to depart for Airport again at 5am next morning - the Receptionist was really accommodating & understanding that I required my complete invoice for the stay at check-in, she directed me across the road for a good evening meal & pre-booked taxi transport for my trip ba... vad folk säger » ck to the Airport early in the morning - very efficient, friendly and knew her stuff! - The motel was overall very good, and does have undercover parking, which is good if a storm hits. Very clean. We had a downstairs unit, at the rear, so was very quiet.
