  From the time we entered the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The renovations really gave you the feeling of being back in the 1920's with plaques giving you little snippets of the history of some of the rooms. Tours were also available. The food was wonderful and in the original dining room of the school. We will definitely sta... vad folk säger » y there again. - The Hotel had more of a family atmosphere, with staff treating you as a treasured friend rather than as a client. The Hotel is steeped in history, and has been restored to reflect a bygone age. The food is superb, and there is an extensive beverage list. I'm looking forward to visiting again.

  We absolutely loved the location, the room was so comfortable, the bed was one of the best we have slept in in a while. The bathroom is beautiful and loved the spa bath, the pool area was awesome. We loved the room and didn't even feel like leaving it, and most definitely the best value for money, the food was great although we had room service ... vad folk säger » only (although a little problem with the order but it was fixed almost before I even put the phone down) Would definitely recommend it and most certa - Very impressive right from the first appearance. New, modern looking from the outside and a great location near to everything in town. Reception staff member (sorry I didn't get her name) was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Likewise the staff on checkout were the same. Stayed on fifth floor with a great view over the river. The room was great and spa excellent.

Rooms good size and clean, balcony overlooking pool. - Stayed at Ballina Beach Resort on a special mid-week deal so virtually had the place to ourselves, had use of spar & pool.   we loved this motel. it was modern and had good quality white fittings. tina and john were very nice people and the free brekky was a bonus. we would definitely go there again. thank you for a great stay. marg and denis - Helpful warm professional service.
