The facilities were very comfortable and clean.I liked the extra's provided such as books and games to use whilst staying there. The communal sitting room was both comfie and welcoming. I also enjoyed having breakfast in the company of the other guests and hosts. The atmosphere was friendly and everyone seemed to enjoy the beautiful breakfast that was provided. There was a good choice of dishes and my broccoli/feta omlette was to die for!.
alla recensioner » Friendly owner, nice clean rooms with interesting décor for our room it was decorated with souvenirs from New Zealand. Very comfortable king sized bed. New bathroom. Pool available although it was a cool weekend so we did not take a dip. Nice communal living area and lovely breakfast room with nicely cooked omelettes as my choice for breakfast. Easy access to the airport and the country. Immaculately presented. very clean. good cooking facilities and utensils. lots of clean teatowels. comfortable. private. secure. modern. Nice linen and towels. ample parking space. easy to find. close to town and shopping center. very large refrigerator. professionally managed. very nice host. good drying clothes line. When we arrived the room had been double booked by the booking agent, management assisted by providing an alternative room and an extra single bed for my teenage son as the room only had a queen double. Second night we were located to a twin room. This assistance was much apreciated and made our stay a pleasent experience. Lovely bedroom (Colonial). A nice surprise to get the double room when all we'd been offered online was the twin (Oriental). Great to have a sitting area with such good facilities (microwave, plates, cutlery etc). Extra touches like bowls of sweets everywhere, & lots of biscuits. Free wifi. Swimming pool. The propietress, the cleaning staff, marvellous, very very clean, breakfast was very good, nothing was too much trouble, the staff were friendly, I could not find any fault with our 14 day stay, would stay again, and recommend it to everyone. Having a shelf in the big fridge. The owners company at breaki. The homemade jam. The sweets in my room. It was cosy and welcoming. Loads of towels. Use of microwave nice surprise for B&B. we really enjoyed our stay at armadale b +b it was lovely and clean ruth the owner was really helpful and the breakfast was excellent couldnt fault any aspect of our stay,. Large theme styled rooms with own toilet and shower. Completely away from the owners part of the house. Lovely breakfast included in price. Cheerful owners. Well equipped. Clean and quiet. Convenience .. situated very near to malls and shops. We enjoyed the tranquillity there after a busy day at the city. i loved the fact that it is homely, you don't feel like you are staying in a hotel type place, it really feels like a home away from home.. True home atmosphere for couples and singles. Ensuite bathroom Need to book well ahead for family because of small number of bedrooms. Warm efficient welcome. Large well equipped room. Excellent breakfast and good parking in a pleasant garden. Lovely room with modern en-suite bathroom. Very nice breakfast. Great pool area. We were really surprised how good the B&B was and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was close to Air Port good parking facility, great breakfast. Hospitality and Ruth is a great host. every thing .will stay again. homely and comfortable. Clean Comfortable. Having a small fridge in the room would have been good. The work station needed a power point near it for my laptop. only 1 airconditioner. no dishwasher. no clothes dryer. As most of our Perth visits mean early mornings it make breakfast a problem. Day 1 was fine as breakfast was available but on day 2 this meant finding breakfast on the way to our destination. This was not a big problem just means reorganising the schedule on the day but could limit how we can use such good accomodation in the future. Unfortunate mixup over breakfast timing. Had been told it was until 8.45am, so we thought that meant that it would be fine to arrive at 8.30am, but it meant it finished at 8.45am & therefore we should have been there by 8.15am if we wanted a cooked breakfast. The mixup caused a bit of an atmosphere. Nothing, it was just great. Big fridge ran out of milk- but I was drinking tea late. nothing at all. nothing. No comment. Nothing. On a main road so slightly noisy but it didn't keep us awake. No room fridge or room tea & coffee was a shared facility with 4 other rooms in a separate area. (Was our first B&B experience). That I couldn't stay longer.
